Most youth said to have problems with stress, romantic relationship, study, sex, drugs,
depression, suicidal thoughts and family that do not understand them
They do not dare talking to their family for fear that the situation may become worse. Once they decide to reach out for help from a specialist, there are not many psychiatrists in the neighbourhood, it takes a lot of time to wait. Most of the time psychiatrists are not avaialble and they find going to see a psychiatrists a complicated and embarassing process.
OOCA , as the leading remote consultation service provider, brings this technology to help solve
the issue in collaboration with educational institutes and organiations participating in the project.
will help one student to get 1 session of online consultation service
The donation of THB 470 is equivalent to 1 Gift Card which can help 1 student to get 1 session of consultaion
The system will match the Gift Card with a student who registered to the program at a participating university. The information regarding the Gift Card recipient will not be disclosed
The donor will receive a thank you note from the student and the donor can give a support note or a message to the student
We install and set up the Ooca Analytic system for free of charge. The installation of this system that is used for managing students data, normally costs 100s of thousands to millions Baht. We have also negotiated with psychiatrists and psychologists to reduce their consultation fees by 80% as their contribution to this voluntary effort in working with young people in need. We invite interested people to join this effort and donate to cover the costs for the first year of this program implementation. The participating universities will allocate their budget to cover the program costs in subsequent years. This is meant to ensure the program sustainability and for us to be able to continue to offer the help to other groups.
